Coach Diego Gentile
01 Boys & 99 Boys & 97 Boys
During Diego’s club career, he was a part of the 1981 Andromeda Boys team. He also played for Richland Jr. College, winning a National Championship in 2002. After Junior College, Diego played for Texas A&M International University, where he won two back to back Conference Championships as well as earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. After graduating, he directly started coaching with River Plate.
Diego holds a US National “D” License. He has coached for 4 years, starting in River Plate Soccer Club prior to merging with Andromeda Soccer Club. During is years at River Plate, Diego coached the 96 Boys, as well as the 97 Boys. At Andromeda, he now coaches the 2001 Youth Academy Boys, 99 Pre-Select Boys, and the 97 Boys. Diego is the Youth Academy Director of Coaching where he is in charge of the U6 – U9 Boys Program.
