1.   The Weather:  We are aware of the cold weather and are planning to go ahead with the event even in the cold.  As it stands, the temperatures could get up in the lower 40’s by Sunday.  If the weather takes a bad turn, we will look at further options at that point, but we are a go for the tournament. 

Schedules:  We will post start times for each age groups, as it stands, this is what we are planning –

·         Girls 98 and older will start at 10am (check in at 9:30am)

·         99-00 Boys and Girls will start at 2pm (Check in at 1:30pm)

·         All boys will start at 2pm (Check in at 1:30pm)

3.   Awards: We will be presenting awards to the Champion and Finalists immediately after Back At You Beckham and immediately after Goalie Wars respectively.   Then the overall Grand Champions will be presented immediately after the close of the competition.  Plan to stay for the award ceremonies.
