25 years with Andromeda, 30 years as a youth coach
As an Andromeda coach, it has been a pleasure to coach and to pass on the passion of the game to so many young players, but the most important role over my 25 years at Andromeda has been the development, growth and maturity of the individual person. This fact has been my highest achievement with Andromeda.
A BIG thanks goes out to all the players that I’ve ever coached in an Andromeda uniform leading up to my proudest moment on the field. WINNING THE U17 YOUTH NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. The knowledge, experience and wisdom gained during those early years as a coach directed and guided me with the ’91 Andromeda team. This experience along with the player’s talents were instrumental in reaching the #1 soccer spot in America.
I like players that are hard working; self disciplined and put the team first. Top players are the ones that make everyone around them better players. Traits that are most important in a team for me are: good team chemistry, technical and tactical awareness as a team, team composure and possession and all players with superior individual skills. Last would be that “Never Say Die” attitude.
